Chennai Super Kings fans are still waiting for MS Dhoni’s return in IPL 2026 as he continues to recover from a calf injury. Despite training regularly, he has missed nearly a month. Batting coach Michael Hussey dismissed rumours of Dhoni playing only as an impact sub, saying he will keep wickets. “I’m pretty sure he’ll be behind the stumps,” Hussey said, adding Dhoni is progressing well but will return only when fully fit.
