Hyderabad techie becomes ‘ganja developer’ after losing job; 17 plants seized from rooftop
A software engineer in Hyderabad was arrested for cultivating ganja plants at his residence after losing his job due to substance addiction. Excise officials seized 17 mature plants from his terrace, estimating a yield of 10 kg. In a separate incident, two BTech students were apprehended for selling ganja.
