His calm approach gave India a steady platform. At the other end, Yusuf Pathan played a quick innings, scoring 52 not out from 23 balls. He hit four sixes and three fours, helping India cross the 200-run mark. Robin Uthappa gave the team a good start with 37 runs from 21 deliveries. However, the middle order could not capitalise.
