UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant 2026 notification postponed: New date to be confirmed soon
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) was scheduled to release the UPSC CAPF Notification 2026 on February 18, 2026. However, the notification has now been postponed. Eligibility and selection process
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. The age limit is generally 20 to 25 years, with relaxation for reserved categories as per government norms.The recruitment procedure has three levels: written test, Physical Efficiency Test and Medical Standards Test, and Interview or Personality Test. The written test has two papers. Paper I is on General Ability and Intelligence. Paper II is on General Studies, Essay, and Comprehension. Both papers are held on the same day in two sittings.
