‘Suspicious marks near private parts’: Autopsy reveals social media influencer Kamal Kaur Bhabhi was strangled to death; viscera report awaited | Chandigarh News
BATHINDA: The autopsy report of social media influencer Kachan Tiwari aka Kamal Kaur Bhabhi reveals that she was strangled to death with some suspicious marks found on thighs near private parts, but it does not provide any evidence about sexual assault. The viscera report is still awaited which may shed light on the marks. “The cause of death is asphyxia due to strangulation which is sufficient to cause death in ordinary course of nature, however, viscera is taken for chemical analysis and histopathological examination of examination of any poison or drug overdose”, reads the autopsy report prepared by a panel of three doctors from civil hospital, Bathinda on June 12. The report also mentions that dead body of female in advanced stage of decomposition. Bloating present all over the body. Skin is peeled off at places. Hair can be pulled off easily. Teeth cannot be pulled off easily, expecting the time between death and postmortem examination to be about 2 to 5 days. Kamal Kaur Bhabhi was killed on the wee hours of June 10 and her body was recovered from the parking lot of Adesh Medical University near Bathinda late June 11 and postmortem was conducted at Bathinda civil hospital at about 4.30pm on June 12. The organisation Kaum de rakhe head Amritpal Singh Mehron along with two accomplices is accused of having brought Kamal Kaur from Ludhiana to Bathinda on June 9 on the pretext of promoting a video about sale of cars and repair of her Hyundai Eon car. She is believed to be strangulated after 2am on June 10 and only 7 hours later Mehron had boarded a flight for United Arab Emirates while two of his accomplices were arrested. Later police found two more including one Ranjit Singh from Tarn Taran district supported him. The look out circulars have been issued against Mehron and Ranjit Singh. Kamal Kaur was on the radar of Mehron for posting bold and obscene content in social media, due to which she was getting threats. After her killing such threats were issued to other social media inflencers including Deepika Luthra, Preet Jatti and some others.
