Suspected ISIS operative arrested from Kushinagar in joint operation by UP ATS, Delhi Police
A suspected ISIS operative, Rizwan, was arrested in Kushinagar by UP ATS and Delhi Police. Previously jailed for terror activities and radicalizing youth, he allegedly reconnected with ISIS modules online after his release. Electronic devices seized are being examined for further leads.
