Spread across 11,000 sq ft of land valued at approximately Rs 2.75 crore, the structure featured marble flooring, multiple rooms, and a special room fitted with a sophisticated bathing facility, raising suspicions about its intended use.A board at the entrance warned against unauthorized entry, and another notice stated that no donations were accepted.Superintendent of Police Premsukh Delu said, “We found signboards discouraging donations, but the source of funding for such lavish construction remains unclear. Given the secretive nature of the structure, we suspect it may have been used for illegal activities. A detailed investigation has been launched.”
