The New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) has published the scorecards for the recruitment of Administrative Officers (Scale-I) for the year 2025. Candidates who appeared in any stage of the selection process — Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, or , can now access their individual scores on the official website, newindia.co.in, using their roll number and date of birth. The scorecard reflects both section-wise and overall marks for all three stages. The recruitment process was conducted in two phases: the preliminary exam took place on January 30, 2025, followed by the main exam on March 2, 2025. A total of 170 vacancies were advertised for Generalist and Specialist roles. Scorecards have been made available for all candidates, regardless of their qualification status.

To access the scorecard, follow these steps:
- Go to the official NIACL website at newindia.co.in
- Click on the link titled “NIACL AO Result” available on the homepage
- On the login page, enter your roll number and date of birth
- Submit the details to view your scorecard
- Download and save the scorecard for future reference

What’s next
Candidates who are selected and join the organisation as Administrative Officers will be placed on a probation period of one year from the date of joining. This period can be extended twice, with each extension lasting up to six months. The maximum possible extension is one additional year. As per the official notice, “The Company reserves the right to terminate the services of a candidate at any point during the probation or extended probation period without prior notice or explanation, should the candidate be found unsuitable.” Newly appointed Administrative Officers will receive an initial gross monthly salary of approximately ₹51,000.
