LUCKNOW: A minor dispute escalated into a violent altercation at a prominent mall in Sushant Golf City late Friday night, involving several rounds of gunfire and causing chaos in the area.According to reports, three men and a woman arrived at the mall’s club for a party. Even after closing time, they insisted on continuing the party, leading to a confrontation with the bouncers. During the argument, one of the men fired at bouncer Purushottam Pandey, hitting him in the back.His colleague, Anuj Chaudhary, was also injured during the scuffle. Both were initially taken to Gosainganj CHC before being shifted to a civil hospital for further treatment. Eyewitnesses reported that enraged bouncers then surrounded the group and physically assaulted them. DCP (West Zone) Nipun Agarwal said Swati (35) is a doctor residing in Sushant Golf City. The three others arrested included Harsh Mishra (23), Prince Verma (28), and Rohit Patel (30). Police recovered a licensed pistol, one magazine, five live cartridges, an empty magazine, two blank cartridges, and a Swift car used by the accused. A video shows guards misbehaving with the public, and an FIR is being registered against them as well, the DCP said.
