Applicants must complete a three-step online registration and bidding process:Registration:

Auction rules and bidding process
Minimum Bid Increments:

Auction duration:
- Each auction runs for 1 hour. If a bid arrives in the last 5 minutes, the time extends by 5 minutes. Extensions can occur 20 times, making the maximum duration 2 hours 40 minutes.
Winning criteria:
- The highest bidder (H1) wins, with results published on the DDA website.
