NEW DELHI: Bihar police on Friday arrested a man named Mohammad Rizvi for allegedly abusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi during “Voter Adhikar Yatra” in Darbhanga.According to officials, the accused is from Bhopura village in Jale assembly constituency.(This is a developing story)
