NEW DELHI: Panic gripped Bengaluru on Friday morning after nearly 40 private schools across the city received bomb threats via email. Bomb disposal squads and dog units were dispatched to the affected institutions as authorities launched thorough checks and precautionary evacuations.The threats triggered high alert across the city, with emergency responders and police teams mobilised to ensure the safety of students and staff. So far, no explosives have been found, and the situation remains under control.The incident occurred just hours after at least 20 schools in Delhi received similar email threats. Delhi has witnessed a string of such hoax bomb threats in recent days, particularly targeting schools, keeping security agencies on high alert.
