AIIMS CRE 2025: M.Sc. Nursing seat allotment 2nd round result out at aiimsexams.ac.in, reporting begins 11 August

AIIMS M.Sc. Nursing: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has released the 2nd round result of online seat allocation for the M.Sc. Nursing course for the August 2025 session. The list of allotted seats, including AIIMS and subject/specialty, based on candidates’ preferences submitted between 11:00 AM on July 14 and 5:00 PM on July 19, 2025, is now available on the official website, www.aiimsexams.ac.in.Eligible candidates who have been allotted a seat in this round are required to report to the allotted AIIMS between 11:00 AM on August 11, 2025, and 5:00 PM on August 14, 2025. They must carry original documents or a Demand Draft (DD) of INR 1 lakh to complete the admission formalities.Seat allocation done on the basis of available vacancies and meritThe 2nd round of seat allocation was carried out for seats that remained vacant after the 1st round. The seat allocation order was based on the merit list used in the 1st round, including institutional preferences. Candidates who submitted valid OBC/EWS certificates at the time of registration or by July 19, 2025, were considered under their respective categories. Others were converted to the UR category.Candidates who did not participate in the 1st round are not eligible for the 2nd round but may take part in the open round, if held. Foreign nationals and sponsored candidates are not included in this list.Category-wise last rank detailsThe last rank at which seats were allotted in the 2nd round across various categories is as follows:• PWBD (excluding in-service): 263• UR: 1091• OBC: 661• SC: 777• ST: 514• EWS: Not specified• In-service (AIIMS New Delhi): Not specifiedInstructions for candidates allotted seatsCandidates must download the offer letter and seat allocation letter from the AIIMS portal. At the time of reporting, they must either submit original documents or a DD of INR 1 lakh in favour of AIIMS MAIN GRANT payable at Ansari Nagar Branch. If the DD is submitted, original documents must be deposited within five days to avoid cancellation.Candidates allocated a different AIIMS in the 2nd round from the 1st round must report to the new institute. Documents/DDs will be transferred internally by AIIMS.Failure to accept the allotted seat by 5:00 PM on August 14, 2025, will be treated as a refusal. In such cases, the seat will be declared vacant for the open round, and previous claims will be forfeited.Document requirements and category certificate policyAllotted candidates must provide the following in original along with a set of self-attested photocopies or a DD:• Offer letter and seat allocation letter• Final registration slip and admit card• Proof of date of birth (Class 10 certificate)• Qualifying degree certificate and marksheet• RN/RM registration certificate• Recognition proof of qualifying institute• Valid SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate (if applicable)• PWBD certificate from an authorised board (if applicable)OBC and EWS certificates must be in the Central Government format, issued between April 1, 2025, and May 15, 2025.
