NEW DELHI: The government on Wednesday passed a resolution condemning the car blast near Delhi’s Red Fort as a “terrorist incident”.“The country has witnessed a heinous terrorist incident perpetrated by anti-national forces through a car explosion near Red Fort on 10th November,” Union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said during a Cabinet briefing, which began shortly after Prime Minister Narendra Modi concluded a Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) meeting.The minister futher said: “The Cabinet directs that the investigation into the incident be pursued with utmost urgency and professionalism, so that the perpetrators, their collaborators and their sponsors are identified adn brought to justice without delay”.
