He then pursued postgraduate studies in Fashion Business Management at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi, combining creativity with business insight.Seeking global exposure and leadership skills, Gupta earned an MBA from INSEAD, France, where he was awarded the prestigious Syngenta Scholarship for Emerging Country Leadership. Most recently, as Managing Director for India and Asia Pacific at Coursera, he led growth initiatives for both consumer and enterprise learning markets, helping millions access education online.Earlier in his career, Gupta served as President of Technopak Advisors and Principal at Booz & Company (Strategy&), where he advised companies across retail, fashion, FMCG, and education sectors. He also played a pivotal role as India Country Manager at BlaBlaCar, scaling the inter-city carpooling platform in a competitive market.
