The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala has officially released the KEAM 2025 Phase 1 seat allotment list for engineering aspirants. Candidates who participated in the first round of counselling can now check their allotment status on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. Allotted candidates are required to confirm their seat by paying the acceptance fee between July 21 and July 25, 2025 (11 AM deadline). Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

How to check KEAM 2025 phase 1 allotment list

Candidates who participated in KEAM counselling phase 1 can check and download the seat allotment list by following the steps mentioned below:

  1. Visit the official portal: cee.kerala.gov.in
  2. Log in to your candidate profile using your application number and password
  3. Click on “First Phase Allotment Result” under the Engineering tab
  4. Download the PDF allotment list or view your individual allotment
  5. Note the college, course, and seat category allotted

Seat acceptance fee details

All candidates allotted a seat in Phase 1 must pay the seat acceptance fee by 11:00 AM on July 25, 2025 to confirm their admission.

  • Govt/Cost-sharing colleges: Rs. 8,000
  • Private self-financing colleges: Rs. 30,000 (for some seat categories)

Payment options:

  • Online via candidate portal (net banking/debit/credit card)
  • Offline via Head Post Offices across Kerala

Failure to pay by the deadline will result in cancellation of the allotment and loss of priority in future rounds.

What after fee payment?

Once you have paid the seat acceptance fee, the next steps depend on your decision regarding the allotted seat. If you are satisfied with the seat allotted in Phase 1, you should wait for further instructions from the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) and the respective college regarding the admission process and document verification schedule. However, if you wish to be considered for higher preferences in upcoming allotment rounds, make sure to participate in the subsequent phases of counselling as per the announced timelines.
