Swiggy down: Users across Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and other cities impacted; report app, checkout issues

Unable to complete your Swiggy order? Fret not! You are not alone. The online food delivery app is facing a downtime in the country. According to Downdetector – the online website tracker, the outage started around 2:46pm. As of now, around 250 people have reported about the Swiggy outage on the website. According to it, 55% are unable to access the app, while a 37% are stuck at checkout. An 8% face problems with order tracking on Swiggy. Users in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad are likely impacted by the outage. As the app faces a downtime, users took to microblogging platform X (formerly Twitter) to express their frustration. “Is swiggy down? don’t know if my order went through or no. the help section isn’t accessible either,” one user wrote.

“Is Swiggy down? 😩 Can’t complete my order, none of the payment methods are working. Even reinstalled the app. Anyone else facing this?,” said another user.
