Court asks Aditya Dhar, Trimurti Films to mediate Oye Oye song dispute
Trimurti Films has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Aditya Dhar’s production house, Rang De Lal (Oye Oye), over the alleged unauthorized use of the song ‘Tirchi Topiwala’ from ‘Tridev’ in ‘Dhurandhar 2’. The Delhi High Court has ordered mediation to resolve the dispute, which appears largely financial, concerning royalty and compensation.
