Centre offers extra commercial LPG as government says supply concerns persist
The Centre said it has offered all states and Union Territories an additional 10% allocation of commercial LPG if they support a long-term shift from LPG to PNG, as concerns over supply continue amid the Middle East crisis. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said his government will seek water royalty from Rajasthan, claiming Rs 1.44 lakh crore remains unpaid since 1960 under a 1920 tripartite agreement.
