ICSI CS professional programme result 2026: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the results of the CS Professional examinations for the December 2025 session. The results were declared on the official website, icsi.edu at 11 AM.Candidates who appeared for the examinations can now download their scorecards by logging into the official portal using their roll number and other required credentials. The result includes a detailed subject-wise break-up of marks, enabling candidates to assess their performance paper by paper.
Exams Conducted in December
The CS Executive and Professional examinations were held in offline mode from December 22 to December 29, 2025, across designated centres. The examinations were conducted under the revised Syllabus 2022 framework.With the announcement of results, candidates can now determine their eligibility for the next academic or training phase under the Company Secretary programme.
ICSI CS result 2026: Steps to download
To access the result, candidates must visit icsi.edu and click on the relevant link for the CS Professional or CS Executive December 2025 examination. After entering login credentials, the scorecard will appear on the screen. Students are advised to download and retain a copy for future reference.ICSI has clarified that the formal e-result-cum-marks statement for Executive programme candidates has been uploaded online. No physical copy will be issued for Executive candidates.However, for Professional programme candidates, the result-cum-marks statement will be dispatched to their registered address. In case the physical copy is not received within 30 days, candidates may contact the institute through official communication channels.Here are the steps to download the ICSI CS result 2026:
- Move to the official website of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India at icsi.edu.
- On the homepage, click on the link for CS Professional December 2025 Result or CS Executive December 2025 Result, as applicable.
- Enter your roll number and required login credentials.
- Click on the submit/login button.
- Your result along with subject-wise marks will appear on the screen.
- Download the scorecard and take a printout for future reference.
ICSI CS result 2026: Qualifying criteria
To pass the CS examination, candidates must secure a minimum of 40 per cent marks in each individual subject and an aggregate of 50 per cent in all subjects taken together in a single sitting. Both conditions must be fulfilled to qualify.Those who have successfully cleared the examination can proceed with the next stage of the programme or practical training requirements, as applicable.
Verification of marks option available
Candidates who are not satisfied with their results can apply for verification of marks. The institute allows applications for verification at a fee of INR 250 per subject. Requests can be submitted either online through the examination module or offline by sending the prescribed form along with a demand draft to the institute’s Noida office.Applicants opting for online verification must log into their dashboard, select the verification option under the exam section, fill in required details, and complete the payment process. A receipt will be generated after successful payment, which should be saved for records.
