GREATER NOIDA: Police on Tuesday arrested Abhay Kumar, the builder and owner of MZ Wiztown, in connection with the death of 27-year-old software engineer Yuvraj Mehta.Abhay Kumar, director of Wiztown Planners Private Limited, was arrested by Knowledge Park police from Sector 150 on January 20. He has been booked under Sections 105, 106(1) and 125 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for alleged culpable homicide due to negligence.
