3 women among 12 passengers injured as bus overturns near J&K’s Jhajjar Kotli | India News
Jammu: At least 12 people including three women were injured after a bus travelling from Udhampur to Jammu met with an accident near Jhajjar Kotli on Saturday morning, police said.Police said the driver lost control and the bus turned turtle.A police team, along with locals, began a rescue operation and took the injured passengers to a hospital from where those with severe injuries were referred to Govt Medical College & Hospital (GMC&H) at Jammu for treatment.“The cause of the accident is due to over-speeding. A case has been registered against the bus driver,” police said.
